Am I locked in?
Yes for a minimum period of 3 months where you will have access to 'first to receive' or Top Tēpu exclusive products.
How flexible is it?
We run a flexible subscription with a minimum period of 3 months following which you can edit, skip, reschedule or cancel your subscription at any time.
What am I agreeing to if I sign up?
By subscribing to the Services, you are agreeing to receive our subscription box on a recurring basis for an indefinite period until cancelled by you or us
Can I upgrade my subscription?
YES you can at any time through your 'Manage my Account' following sign up.
Can I exchange products in my subscription box?
No but if anything is faulty please refer to our Returns Policy.
What if I’m not home for my delivery?
No stress! When confirming your order, you can provide us with instructions on what to do if you're not at home.
When can I expect to receive my subscription box?
Distribution is made on the 20th of every month. If the 20th of the month falls on a weekend or public holiday, distribution will be made on the following business day.
