Rock these anywhere! These linen pants are perfect work, home or casual catch ups. They have pockets (we all love those) and featured our Matariki pattern... giving subtle and stylish indigenous vibes x
Garment style: These are what we consider to be wide leg pants, they have great movement and shape and are a relaxed, roomy fit. We recommend styling them with a smart top for office days or tuck in a tee for effortless casual.
Print Design: Matariki
Matariki is the Māori name for the cluster of stars also known as the Pleiades. It rises in mid-winter and for many Māori, it heralds the start of a new year.
This pattern represents the nine stars in the Matariki constellation; Matariki, Waitī, Waitā, Tupuānuku, Tupuārangi, Waipunarangi, Ururangi, Pōhutukawa, Hiwa-i-te-rangi.
Did you know... This garment is made in Kampot, Cambodia by an indigenously owned company called Dorsu, who make slow and considered garments, designed and produced ethically in their production studio. We at Nichola are moving into a space where we want to build good relationships with indigenous business across the world who encapsulate the value of kaitiakitanga (guardianship of people, planet and processes).
Models: Our model Sarahis wearing a size LRG.
Sizing: this garment is true to size (which means order your normal size).
These wide leg linen pants are a lovely day to day go to of mine. The matariki details are understated and create interest. Flattering on me as a mid-size woman (size 14/XLG). 5 star recommendation from me!
