Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy
We want you to love your purchase from NTKMADE. If something’s not quite right, here’s how we can help.
Returns
You have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a return or exchange. After this period, unfortunately we can’t offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, with all tags attached.
- It must be returned in the original packaging.
Please email us at kiaora@ntkmade.com before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Items Not Eligible for Return
We do not accept returns or exchanges on:
- Earrings, for hygiene reasons (unless they meet the Partial Refund criteria below.
- Gift card.

Sale items (only full-priced items are eligible for refund)
Partial Refunds
In certain cases, a partial refund may be granted, such as:
- Items not in original condition
- Items damaged or missing parts (not due to our error)
- Items returned more than 14 days after delivery (if accepted)
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment. Please allow a few working days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company and bank — processing times can vary.
- If you still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at kiaora@ntkmade.com.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, email kiaora@ntkmade.com and send the item to:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
If the item was not marked as a gift or was sent to the gift giver, we will issue a refund to the original purchaser.
Return Shipping
- You are responsible for the return shipping costs. These are non-refundable.
- If your return is approved for a refund, the original shipping cost (if any) will be deducted from your refund.
- For items over NZD $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we’ll receive your returned item.
