Our Ngā Uara collection proudly features this jacket, embodying the essence of our identity as a Māori pakihi (business) and reflects our pride and values as Māori.
Design: Tino Rangatiratanga
This design is about Tino Rangatiratanga which refers to absolute sovereignty or self-determination, embodying our right to define our own destiny whilst reflecting our everlasting connection to the land, our traditions, and identity.
Style: This jacket is very long in length, has four pockets and is actually for suited for both male and females. Each jacket also comes with a Mana Motuhake brooch, which has the wording: Mana Motuhake, Resilient ASF.
Models: Our models are both wearing a size L.
Sizing This jacket is classed as a mens (tāne) jacket so the sizing for wāhine (women) is quite relaxed as tāne sizing is normally slightly bigger than wāhine.
