The kōrero behind the design:
Niho Taniwha (triangles) Teeth of the Taniwha can represent whānau, hapu and lineage within a tribe. It also shows hospitality and power. This design is used widely by Te Arawa and Waikato iwi.
Earring material: Red, gold, black glitter perspex and wood.
Earring hooks: Gold plated (NF) hooks.
